LotusBio ships orders by air via FedEx. Before dispatch, confirm the destination, consignee name, contact number and required paperwork with our team. Request the FedEx tracking number after dispatch and follow the carrier’s tracking updates. Confirm destination-specific requirements before shipment; delivery timing depends on the route and customs processing.
Prepare handling information
Request product-specific handling instructions and make sure the receiving team can follow them. Confirm the proposed packaging and transit arrangements with the supplier. Do not infer suitable conditions from the appearance of the package.
Record receipt and discrepancies
At delivery, record the arrival date, package condition, product identifiers and quantities. Retain the shipment documents and photographs of any damage. Report discrepancies promptly through the agreed contact and keep affected materials within your organization’s review process.
