INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT
Peptide Shipping Guide for Wholesale Research Orders
International research-supply shipments are easier to manage when the buyer and supplier confirm the product format, destination, packaging and shipping documents before dispatch.
Confirm the destination before quotation
Shipping availability and required paperwork can vary by destination and product format. Provide the destination country and, when relevant, the receiving organization type before the shipment is prepared.
Match shipping documents to the order
The commercial invoice, packing list and product description should correspond to the quoted research-use materials. Buyers should review destination requirements independently before placing an international order.
Plan packaging around material form
Finished lyophilized vials, bulk raw-material containers and custom packaging projects have different packing needs. Confirm outer packaging, vial protection and any lot-specific handling instructions before dispatch.
Understand tracking stages
International shipments may show different tracking references as they move between origin handling, line-haul transport and final-mile delivery. Ask the supplier which tracking reference is expected to become active at each stage.
Keep batch records connected to the shipment
Retain the quotation, batch reference, COA or report information, packing list and tracking details together so the received material can be matched back to the supplier documentation.
