Private Label Peptide Labels: Artwork Approval Checklist

LotusBio Editorial ·

Check print dimensions, variable fields and version approval before production.

Validate the print layout

Obtain the supplier’s dieline or confirmed label dimensions before finalizing artwork. Review trim, safe areas, contrast and text size at actual print scale. A design that looks readable on a large screen may not work on a small vial label.

Review fixed and variable text separately

Fixed artwork includes brand elements and standard text; variable fields can include product and lot identifiers. Identify the owner of each field and confirm how the correct version will be supplied for production. Ask your qualified reviewer to assess applicable labeling requirements.

Record approval of a specific version

Approve a named artwork version and retain the final proof with the order. Document any later revisions and request approval again when a change affects dimensions, text or variable data. This gives the supplier and receiving team a shared reference.
