LOTUSBIO / LABELS & PACKAGING
Plan clear, consistent labels for your research peptide vials. Bring your product specifications and artwork to LotusBio to review dimensions, variable fields and matching box requirements.
What do I need for custom peptide vial labels? Start with the actual vial dimensions, quantity per design, product wording and any batch fields. LotusBio reviews label requirements as part of a private-label research supply project; label material, application and production details are confirmed in the quotation.
Confirm the vial body diameter and the usable straight-sided label height before choosing a label size. A nominal vial capacity or a product's mg specification does not define its outside dimensions. Send a dimensioned drawing or measurements of the intended vial for review.
Specify whether you want a partial-wrap or wraparound label. Confirm the proposed width, height, corner shape, gap or overlap, and application position against that vial before approving a dieline. A dieline is the template that identifies the label's finished cut shape.
| Measurement to provide | Why it belongs in the brief |
|---|---|
| Vial body diameter and overall height | Identifies the physical container; do not infer these from the fill amount. |
| Usable straight-sided height | Defines the area to review for label placement, clear of the shoulder and base curve. |
| Label width × height, in mm | Use an approved template; indicate wrap, gap or overlap requirements. |
| Quantity for each artwork version | Separate product strengths, languages and designs so quantities can be quoted accurately. |
Prepare a field list before arranging the design. Keep fixed brand artwork separate from product-specific and batch-specific text, and nominate who approves each field.
| Field group | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Brand and product identity | Brand name, full product name, catalog code and stated vial specification. |
| Variable identifiers | Batch or lot reference and any date fields supported by the agreed product records. |
| Research-use wording | Accurate intended-use text and any destination-specific wording reviewed by the buyer. |
| Barcode or QR code, if requested | The final data or destination URL, allocated space and a readability check on the proposed printed label. |
Use the same product identity and specification on the vial, its printed packaging box and order record. If a QR code links to a COA, verify the exact report and applicable sample or batch; a link alone does not establish that a report covers the order.
Describe the vial surface, application conditions and expected storage or handling. Ask which label stock and adhesive can be reviewed for those conditions.
Provide the editable artwork if available and a review PDF. Obtain the confirmed dieline, bleed, colour and export requirements before preparing the final production file.
Discuss whether a printed or applied sample is needed. Confirm its availability, cost and timing separately; a digital proof reviews layout, not adhesion on a vial.
Do not assume a label is waterproof, solvent-resistant or suitable for refrigerated or frozen storage from its appearance. Agree on the required performance and how it will be checked. See the vial label artwork approval checklist for file preparation and proof review.
Yes. Include both in the same private-label inquiry, with the vial count per box and the product identities for each design. Label and box specifications are confirmed separately before the project is agreed.
Tell us explicitly if you need labels only. This page describes packaging coordination for research supply projects; acceptance of a standalone label order must be confirmed by our team.
Request a quotation for your quantity per design. There is no single published minimum covering all label dimensions, materials, product mixes and packaging projects.
A shared layout can be proposed, but each product name, catalog code, specification and variable field must be checked for the corresponding order line. Approve the relevant versions separately.
Include the destination country, required language and label wording in the inquiry. Our team reviews project feasibility and shipping arrangements; the buyer should arrange appropriate review of local requirements.
Send your product codes, vial measurements, quantities by design, destination and available artwork. Our team will confirm the proposed scope, minimum quantities, proof options and quotation.
