Understand the research.
Know what to verify.

Detailed peptide and compound profiles connecting mechanisms, published studies and evidence limits with the questions that matter when reviewing research materials.

20 detailed profiles · Primary-source links · Updated 20 October 2026

Start with the evidence. Human trials, cell experiments and analytical studies answer different questions. Each profile identifies the evidence it covers and what remains unproven.
Human trial evidence

Retatrutide

GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor agonism

A research profile of triple-receptor agonism, with a close reading of a published obesity trial and the documentation needed to connect a laboratory material to the molecule being discussed.

Human trial evidence

Tirzepatide

GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonism

Understand dual-receptor research, the difference between obesity and diabetes trial populations, and why results must be read with the actual comparator and endpoint.

Analytical evidence

TB-500

Thymosin beta-4-related identity questions

Why the exact peptide identity matters when reading thymosin-related research, and what an analytical detection study can—and cannot—establish.

Cell and animal evidence

GHK-Cu

Copper-binding tripeptide and extracellular-matrix studies

Understand what copper-peptide experiments measured, how GHK differs from GHK-Cu, and why laboratory matrix findings do not establish a finished skincare product's performance.

How to use this library

From a study headline to a useful question

01 · Identify the material

Check the molecule, formulation and model before comparing research. Similar names do not always identify the same material.

02 · Read the actual endpoint

Look for the population, comparator, duration and measured outcome. Keep cell findings separate from human clinical outcomes.

03 · Verify the batch

A publication explains research. A lot-matched report documents a sample. Use both for their intended purpose.

Practical documentation guides

How to verify a COA · Third-party testing · Storage records · Supplier checklist

Educational summaries for laboratory research. No personal-use dosing or treatment recommendations. The library reviews selected publications and does not claim exhaustive coverage.
